Role/Responsibilites
Delivering Expert Content:
Share well-researched, accurate, and up-to-date information in a clear and engaging way.
Facilitating Learning:
Use teaching aids, practical examples, and interactive methods to help participants understand complex topics.
Answering Questions:
Clarify doubts and respond to participants’ questions based on expertise and experience.
Preparing Materials:
Develop presentations, handouts, guides, and other learning materials ahead of time.
Mentoring or Coaching:
Offer personalized advice or guidance to individuals or groups, especially in hands-on sessions.
Evaluating Learning Outcomes:
Sometimes assist in assessing participants’ understanding or providing feedback to organizers.
Staying Professional:
Represent the organization or institution with integrity, maintaining punctuality, respect, and decorum.
Sharing Real-life Experiences:
Bring practical knowledge by sharing personal or industry-based examples that enrich the learning experience.
